Excellent work everyone on 16.1! I have decided to hold off on the “MVP” announcement until Tuesday since there are still 5-7 people who have to complete it on Mobday.
Dynamic Mobility / Warmup
Mobiliza Hamstrings, Glutes and Lower Back
2x 20 Second on 10 Seconds off
Jog back and forth (wall to wall)
3×5 DeadLift @ 65% 75% & 85% (Take 2 Warm up sets 40%x5 and 50%x5)
*Example if my PR is 300LBS my weights would be 195, 225, 255
Take ownership of your strength training! If possible, plan out your weights before class.

60 Double unders (3x Singles)
